Farida Abou El Dahab, a self-taught yogini and a Finance graduate based in Alexandria, happened to find her passion elsewhere and decided to pursue her dream of becoming a yoga teacher.

At the age of 3 she was taken to her first fitness class and over the years, she has tried everything from ballet to rugby. She spent 12 years of her life as a professional squash player, travelling and playing for the Egyptian National team. Slowly, she developed into a health and fitness enthusiast and was first introduced to yoga in 2013 after struggling with a back injury for almost a year. It wasn’t long before she discovered the wonders of this physical, mental and spiritual practice.

She strongly believes that finding the right balance is the key to a happy life. She believes in taking chances and learning everything she possibly can. In being an inspiration to yourself first and others will be inspired.

Love unconditionally, find your own balance and stay true to who you are.
