So we all know that Meghan Markle is pregnant, that’s old news really. But what might come as a surprise to you is that Kate Middleton is supposedly already pregnant with her fourth child! Sources close to Kate have revealed that she is pregnant again, only 6 months after the birth of her third child; Louis. Although the news hasn’t been officially announced yet, Kate is apparently showing all the signs of pregnancy. Insiders claim that she is “wearing loose-fitted clothing again, avoiding alcohol and craving curry. Which she often does when she’s pregnant.”
Kate Middleton is known for staying true to her chic sense of style during her pregnancies, whether it be with her belted coats, loose shifts or empire-waisted gowns. The outfits she chose to wear during her third pregnancy were generally the most well received by the public, specifically the blue Seraphine number, the glowing Catherine Walker dress and the stunning, long-sleeved Jenny Packham gown.
One question we have now is, how Meghan’s sense of style will compare to Kate’s. History shows us how similar the two princesses’ sense of style is anyway, is this likely to change through Meghan’s pregnancy? Or will she continue to follow in Kate’s footsteps?
Even though her pregnancy was only confirmed a week ago, Meghan’s pregnancy outfits have so far gone down well with the public. Her typical sense of style is very modern, a refreshing break from the conservative and strict Royal dress code. Her most popular outfits have been the Dion Lee Dress, the Roksanda dress and especially the Royal blue SAFiYAA gown (Blue obviously being one of Meghan’s preferred colours). All of which were worn during Harry and Meghan’s royal tour around Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji.
