After years of the skinny jeans reign, we’re finally embarking on some new denim trends: flare/boot cut jeans! I love the look and feeling of boot cut jeans, and I was so excited to hear that they are back in style. I didn’t think twice before running out to buy a pair of Boot cut jeans that I’m now undoubtedly obsessed with.
Boot cut jeans were designed to fit around tall or short boots. They curve around the hips and are tight in the upper thigh, and they are looser in the lower thigh, knee and calf. They are especially popular for women because they make the legs look long and lean—a much more forgiving and versatile style than skinny jeans.
The only question is: how do you wear boot cut jeans? It’s really not that difficult, honestly, because all jeans are versatile and can be worn in many different ways. But a little fashion inspiration never hurt anyone! So, here are 20 style tips on how to wear boot cut jeans with pictures of fashion bloggers and “regular” people to give you some ideas. Get used to these comfy jeans, because I’m hoping they don’t go anywhere any time soon!
